I have been an ESL Teacher (English as a Second Language) at the British Council for the last 4 years since September 2016, in total I've accumulated 9 years of experience in teaching adult E.S.L students. I used to work in the sales and telecommunication industry before I started teaching English as a foreign language. Throughout the years, I have worked as a freelance based E.S.L Instructor, which involved delivering General & Business English courses to all levels of a business hierarchy predominately within multinational companies across Mexico City. I am vastly experienced in teaching E.A.L to adult learners of the CEFR ( A1-A2 / B1-B2 / C1-C2 ), and have solid teaching experience of the various learning styles commonly found in adult learners.
Communicative based teaching led by integrated skills-based sessions influenced by the VARK learning theory.
Experience of integrating 21st-century multimedia technologies, whilst embracing old school practices and values.
